My son will study P.1 in SFA (Sham Shui Po) in coming school year.

Hi wendylimb,

I did hand the gifted report when I applied P.1.  I'm not sure there are cause and effect.  Maybe have some.  But I think the most key point is the interview test.  Totally 7 pages.  My son did it well as I know.

Your son applied P.1 or P.2?

Different gifted kid suit to different school type.  It's better to ask for suggestion when you did the IQ test with the eductational psychologist.  As I did.

The educational psychologist suggested me to chose some traditional school with high academic standard to my son.

The schools you mentioned are new, low pressure and good schools.  But they may not suitable for every kid.  I don't know the characteristic of your kid.  Sorry for limtied suggestions.

Yes, I know, the concept for  "港大" is good.  But as for me, I have no courage to try new school.  I don't want to treat my son as guinea pig.
