It's meaningless just to chase for the marks. I would rather emphasize on my kid's attitude: hardworking, focused, careful and be responsibile. Frankly, there's no difference at all if you are number 1 or number 10 eventually when you are at work in future. Don't give too much pressure to kids. They live tough lives already.
