I think you should compare the height of the piano rather than the rack.  Which height do you want? 125cm or 132cm?  Then consider whether to have a rack like grand piano or not.  The models that you listed are already around 40K to 50K something, which is quite expensive, so you should think carefully for this purchase.

By the way, I don't believe in Parsons especially when you buy the piano with the introduction from your piano teacher.  They can get very high rebate.  So most of them always urge you to buy there and say that their pianos are good.  My friend bought a Wilh Steinberg (>$80000) last year and needed to change for two times because of the quality.
