I have the same experience last Aug , they didn't finalize the route until very late Aug and the arrangement of the 1st Month's transportation is very bad. I asked manyy times if they can extend the route from Kennedy town to Pokfulam (as it was about 15 mins more ) but unsuccessful.
I hope that more student come from the south so that we have more bargaining power toward the school bus company.
Be prepared as I send my kid to school everyday but it worth , the school is really great !
