Dear GreenApple,
I stayed in the registration hall from beginning to its close while awaiting the Allocation Exam on March 29th. When the staff called the Accepted Students names, there are a handful of ( 4 or 5) absence
Accepted Students means those submitted the Letter of Undertaking to school by March 25th.
However, it is only an observation and is not conclusive. And as someone mentioned before in this post, even Registered Students may opt to withdraw later, as late as the August last week , that is the New Student Orientation day.
