From school website:

90.1% of our students got an offer from the JUPAS system.

High Dip+ Asso. in the Jupas system only consists of about 2% of the places.

So it's only 1 or 2 students got non-bachelor degree from Jupas.

Unless you claim Yang Hin is lying.

But I believe the wording of the above statement is very clear, not vague or misleading.

Also the number of 5** is the highest among all Gov/Subsidized School in HK.

ARE YOU KIDDING?
There are about 1832 seats provided by High Diploma / Associate Degree Programme

(Reference : http://catalogue.jupas.edu.hk/ca ... nt_Institutions.htm -> By Level of Study -> Associate Degree Program and High Diploma Degree Program)

The total offers are 16,619
(Reference: http://www.jupas.edu.hk/en/j4/fa ... round-offer-results)

1832/16619 = 11.02 % which is 11 times more than 1%

90.1% x ( 1- 11.02024% ) = ~80.167 %
(Assume that the offers that Tang Hin received is evenly distributed with the JUPAS offers)

That's why , Tang Hin has been definitely Misleading

The statement is very clear and there is no ambiguity at all.

JUPAS is a scheme and the main route of application designed to assist students with HKAL/HKDSE results (past and / or current) to apply for admission to:

Government-funded Programmes
a. government-funded full-time or sandwich bachelor's degree programmes.
b. government-funded full-time associate degree programme offered by CityU;
c. government-funded full-time higher diploma programme offered by HKIEd;
d. government-funded full-time higher diploma programmes offered by PolyU; and

Non-government-funded Programmes
e. non-government-funded full-time bachelor's degree programmes offered by The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK).
