請教：升中問題-德望中學

德望中學屬于Bandm幾學校？是不是好勁？申請此間學校如果進入第一輪面試，還要交50美金才能進入第二輪面試。相比協恩、圣保羅男女書院等名校，都只收港幣幾十的報名費。

以上截圖是我在學校申請網上看到的。我都好奇怪點解這樣收費。

The link shows "APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION TO SECONDARY ONE2014 - 2015" in English only.  And the version says "First Interview : 11 January 2014

From what you posted in Chinese it looks like there has been an on-line translation from English coz the wording doesn't sound natural.

Are you using on-line translation?

因為唔喺所有申請人都有得in，先有禁既安排。Shortlisted出有得1st in既申請人先要交HKD50申請費。

學校英文網頁是港幣，電腦自動將英文網頁翻譯成中文，顯示的是美金50。

BTW 德望通告冇乜用中文，所以—睇就覺吾妥。。。

不要用google translate去處理嚴謹的文件，電腦翻譯無百分百準確，看錯重要部分你女兒很吃虧。其實，找女兒把所有原文通告看清楚好了。話說回頭，把無指定貨幣的$或dollar翻譯為美元是很正常，很標準的，你試試HKD$, google會譯為港元。
