請問在portfolio內是否要呈上成績表和獎狀的正本？ 如呈上副本，在面試當日還須帶同正本一起去嗎？

你沒有獎狀的正本嗎？　上年second round interview 也不用呈上正本．但當然帶備在身好些

呈上副本，因呈上的資料不會退回。
面試當日帶同正本。

團體獎項的作用不太大。

個人獎也有很多，都是頭三的，那麼團體的須要放進portfolio 嗎？ 我是没有正本証明的。

個人抑或團體都無問題,  最緊要:  是否大獎?   例如國際隊際比賽就一定放.  主辦單位是有公信力或權威性嘅都會放.  校內的獎項選擇性地放幾個就算.

I think the objective for putting down the prize is to demonstrate ability of your girl.  On this basis, if an individual prize can already show the talent / quality of a particular aspect, then it may not be necessary to attach a copy of the prize on the same quality awared to a group.  For example, your girl got 1st in the inter-school 100m freestyle swimming competition and you have attached a copy of the certificate, it won't be necessary to attach a certificate for the 1st place in a 4x100m freestyle competition.  Having said that, it will be useful to state the fact in the summary (without attachment) to demostrate another ability/quality, i.e. your daughter's willingness to serve the school and contribute to the school, and she works well in a team.  This is definitely a good quality for the school's consideation.

謝謝各位詳細的解答，現在清楚多了。六年級確是令我很煩惱的一年，要兼顧學業、課外活動和升中面試等壓力，幸好當有不明白的地方，ek的媽咪都能耐心解答....謝謝大家！
