DSE 2025 中英數 5+% 排名

淨係計讀書乜都唔睇梗係qc， 啲男仔都唔運動(qc 出名校際運動成日都比賽前一日話唔夠人會棄權)... Qc 收生一定係全港最top, sjps wh kings spb ..小學全級頭五名大部份入曬去，但係反過嚟睇你就見到佢哋到dse成績其實又唔係好過嗰啲男校幾多？！overrated。 LS 又唔使週住佢嗰一兩年成績，人哋每隔兩三年就出一個超級狀元， dbs SJC ls 呢啲運動強嘅學校睇平均分其實嘥氣，間學校入面有一大班專業運動員根本都唔讀書，中六都去咗打港超港甲游水fencing.... 呢班仔中英數有三己經好好。點拉低分，好似SJC 咁都有六成人英文5+,仲想點？

QC今年既成績已經直逼女拔,拋離其他男校。
比學術就比學術，唔需要睇其他。(如大考綱，直接睇DSE成績，簡單直接）
體育男子組同女子組已經不能直接比較，亦無可比性。
唔通又將林大輝既體育獎折算成DSE成績嚟排？
間間學校自己擺個龍門，例如海外升學課程？（學生關注依個可能比體育更多），又可以增值率最高等等。
另外中文成績不理想，又是體育生原因？

早晨。dgs spcc 自己一個league....qc 同佢哋爭啲， 過去20年以前真係一年出幾個最top嘅狀元㗎。呢幾年qc有時真係一年都出唔到一個。 No doubt, 男校之中讀書佢一定係最好成績，但係以我所知呢幾年去到中二中三都有幾個會離校去聖保羅男女讀。始終人哋都會發展多啲運動課外嘅技能。

现在男校都好像form了两个阵型，"公布“ vs ‘不公布”，刚好，也是“港岛” vs "九龙“。”QC SPC SJC" vs “DBS LSC YWC”。

通常别的B1A学生想去SPCC插班，都是target IB啦。

去年本来有LSC家长报料，话2024年DSE成绩是很理想的，只是奇怪学校反而转为什么都不公布。

我们是谈整体比例，并非某一小部分人。况且LSC是大校，有多几位厉害角色，也不出奇。学校一天不公布5+，我们都不肯定学校的DSE performance如何.
好像今年IB，SPCC只有一位状元，维多利亚有6位，难道维多利亚比SPCC强吗？

2025 IB avg: SPCC 42.2 vs Victoria 38.

What is the purpose of gathering the DSE data of different schools and do the comparison?

It is very difficult to do a direct comparison of the DSE results among different schools as the quality and quantity of information disclosed by different schools are not the same. Besides, the examination results are affected by quality of student intake, alternative curriculum offered, vision of the school management and etc. Just looking at the DSE results without understanding the causes behind will give you very little value.  

For prospective parents (of primary school students), it is more sensible to look at the DSE results of your target schools and compare them with their Pre-S1 results and see which ones are more value added than the others. You can then go to the open days of these schools and get some in-depth information through the direct contacts with their teachers and students. It is more effective than just choosing a school based on its DSE result ranking.

For existing parents, a trend analysis by comparing the historical DSE results of your school is more relevant. This can help your choice of elective subjects for DSE and also raise your concerns to school during the parents’ day.

人各有志，無論咩原因，（主要都是因為學術成績或者海外課程），跳去邊間冇問題。睇學校最終交出嚟既成績就是了。
A校叻既學生跳去B校，B校照計應該交出更好既成績。
如果A校成績不如B，學生人往高處，亦怪唔到學生。如果A校進步中，或使到學生有歸屬感，學生對學校有信心，自然亦唔會走。當A校成績足夠好時，學生自然亦唔想走。

For prospective parents / students of LSC, they should care more about the 5**/5* number than 4+ or 332A % as most of them should be Band 1A students admitted through the Discretionay Stage.  
For LSC parents, they should be able to ask for the detailed DSE results through PTA and other internal communication channels.

QC今年既成績已經直逼女拔,拋離其他男校。

QC Maths and Eng 5+ % are in line with its benchmark performance but not particularly good (while 2024 is below average). The real breakthrough is its Chi 5+ of 41%, This make it stand out from other boys' schools.
This is the first time a boys' school can exceed 40% in Chi 5+. This result is very encouraging to other boys' schools and it proove that boys can also do well in Chi as long as you can find some proper way to train them.

自行LSC既學生，學校可以睇你成績，而唔講自己成績，合理嗎？
唔公佈成績，大考綱估計佢全港排名23-41。小紅書亦好多DSE成績排名，全部唔入榜，對學校都冇着數。

2025 DSE，所有學校中，中文科及數學科5+百分比最高既是深圳摘星，（差既是英文科，只有band1B水平）。佢既生源input比其他band1A好？
香港學校成績要突破就要改革，向好既學習。

差既是英文科，唔是中文科，老實講，摘星只是普通生源，如果真是集全國最好生源就起碼全部人所有科都5**，除左英文。因為其他科dse只相當於大陸高一程度。
