Congratulations to the Class of 2024 who has achieved remarkable success in the 2024 HKDSE, a testament to their diligence and the devotion of our teachers. We are incredibly proud to share their achievements with you.

●     Around 80% of our students have fulfilled the general requirements for university admission (332A+2), while the overall average for Hong Kong is 44.9%.

●     95.7% of our students are eligible for sub-degree programmes (22222), while the overall average for Hong Kong is 74.8%.

●    The average passing rate in all subjects is 97.2%. The rate in all subjects with Level 4 or above is around 50%, while the overall average for Hong Kong is 36.8%.

●    All Core Subjects (English Language, Chinese Language, and Mathematics) outperformed the territory averages in attaining Level 4! Nearly 100% of our students obtained level 3 in English Language while 60% attained level 4 or above.

●     100% of our students got attained in Citizenship & Social Development.

●     16 subjects outperformed the territory averages in attaining Level 3 or above.

●     12 subjects outperformed the territory averages in attaining Level 4 or above.

●     9 subjects outperformed the territory averages in attaining Level 5 or above.

●     6 subjects outperformed the territory averages in attaining Level 5* or above.

●    A total of 8 students obtained outstanding achievement in HKDSE 2024. Among them, Au Hoi Kan (6G) attained an exceptional HKDSE result of 5**, 5*, 5*, 5*, 5, 5, scoring a total of 35 in 6 subjects.

Congratulations to all of our S6 students for their achievements in the HKDSE Examination 2024.

We are very proud of our overall achievements this year:

85.5% of our student achieved 332A or better

1 student achieved 5** in 5 subjects, including Mathematics Extended Part (Algebra and Calculus)

1 student achieved 5** in 4 subjects

4 students achieved 5** in 3 subjects

In addition, we are thrilled to announce that one of our students has received an unconditional offer from Peking University.

Two students have received unconditional offers from HKU via the SNDAS Scheme.

Congratulations to our 2024 cohort of DSE graduates on their excellent results.

We are pleased to announce the results of our DSE graduates this year.  We have two perfect scorers attaining level 5** in all three core subjects and "Attained" in C.S.^, three elective subjects and the Mathematics extended module.  One other student attained level 5** in five of their subjects and "Attained" in C.S.^, and the Mathematics extended module.  A total of 17 students attained level 5** in four or more of their subjects.

95.7% of our students have qualified for JUPAS degree course.

Summary of results as follows:

No of students: 116

No of level 5**: 156; 1.35 level 5** per student

No of level 5 or above (5**, 5*, 5): 510; 4.40 level 5 or above per student

94.8% of our students attained level 5 or above in English Language

56.9% of our students attained level 5 or above in Chinese Language

71.6% of our students attained level 5 or above in Mathematics

2024 HKDSE Examination Results

The 2024 HKDSE examination results have been released, and we are pleased to announce that our students have achieved outstanding results. This year, our students’ dedication and hard work have truly paid off, reflecting their commitment to academic excellence.

A total of 33 students have attained an impressive score of 30 points or above in their best five subjects (including M1/2), showcasing their exceptional performance and perseverance.

Our 13th cohort students’ achievements in the DSE examinations:

⚫ G.T. students' average total grade point in the best five subjects is 22.
Our top 25% students have obtained an average of 28.7 and 33.1 total grade points in the best five and six subjects respectively.

⚫ In the 12 subjects, G.T. College's Level 5 or above average is 30.9% (Hong Kong all candidates' average: 12.6%). On average, every G.T. student has 2.1 subjects with Level 5 or above.

⚫ Seven subjects (English Language, Mathematics (Core part), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Music) percentage attainment Level 5 or above are at least 2 times higher than that of the Hong Kong average.

⚫ The best scorer is Lam Kwun Ming (3[5**], 2[5*], and 2[5]).
