當日高才計劃出爐，呢度咁多版友都睇到漏洞。物物局成隊兵睇唔到？
唔好話佢地唔做野啦！佢地其實做緊野架喇。

當一个明碓清晰, 不会常变的policy, 变成可除时可按需要而即变或好快就可变, 重要不知張会點变, 咁, 的確好难估計.

非日校是否等於補習社？
似乎大陸幾間日校統計數據合理些，較可信 。

相信非日校即補習社, 國內應只得港人子弟學校計入日校

相信多左在內地HKID同冇HKID学生考DSE, 並不會对叻的本地同学攞星有太大影响, 但即使係咁, 入相对大競爭的degree programs, cutoff一定會拉高左, 加上如果本地生quota不是一個constant, 而係可按需要同非本地生quota相互調整, 咁少左叻本地生入到競爭大programs的机会可以话係必然的结果了.
所以我一直强調, 要fix左个本地生quota數量, 什致要按program去定本地生quota.

有HKID但不在HK完成最后3年或5年果程的学子, 是不能當是本地生的, 其地国家也是这样.

「本地生定義」之前講過新學年聯招前公布最後方案，即係呢兩三個星期會公佈？拭目以待，係咪真係做嘢⋯⋯

I stated in my posts clearly that: -

1.The promotion of DSE to mainland and other countries should not affect the JUPAS quota for local students (231#);
2.A 3 year residency and full time education requirement need to be imposed on the TTPS dependant children for them to qualify as local students (258#)

JUPAS applicants had dropped from 64,450 in 2013 to 39,298 in 2024 and bounce back to 42,916 this year. JUPAS offers have been maintained at around 15,000 during this period. Now a DSE score of Best 5 at 20 can guarantee a JUPAS degree offer which is much easier than 10 years ago.

Some programmes like Engineering have been struggling to find good local students for many years as most of the top students prefer medicine, dentistry and other healthcare related subjects. Non local students can provide a good talent pool for them.

My son have two HKU hallmates, one from Mainland and one from Taiwan. The Mainland student did very well in Gaokao but not good enough for admission to Tsinghua so he decided to study Engineering at HKU. The Taiwan students also did well in General Scholastic Ability Test with score equivalent to 2 X 5** + 2 x 5* in DSE. He failed to get an offer from NTU Electronic Engineering Programme. He eventually took the offer from HKU and also study Engineering here.

We should keep an open mindset to see these non local students as an opportunity rather than threat to HK.

深圳培僑這個能到band1水平嗎？
這個學校有內地課程，dse課程，alevel，ify。

學校大，又多學制，管理難度應該比較大。各種正面或負面反饋都能看到。

相比較，民心的信息會少好多。

補習社基本上任吹都得，有幾成真冇人知。

對！信息有真有假，真真假假，難以分辨。所以補習社良莠不齊，各種惡性競爭，真的對提升dse credibility無幫助。
