不過揀法律都唔係錯
劍橋或港大都可以
佢讀法律成績一般般

睇報導好似佢阿媽都話佢無阿哥咁聰明. 2A可能已經去到盡啦
佢以前在DG都係X班.
又咁講, 無論點睇10A+cambridge+港姐都已非常人.

麥明詩有咩問題？佢喺劍橋攞second upper 已經好唔錯，你仲想佢點？攞first hon嗎？

唔好講劍橋，就算係港大LLB攞First Hon 都唔係好多人，可能仲難過入醫學院。如果冇記錯港大一般科目first hon 係最前10%，second hon first division 係前30%，LLB我諗都係咁上下

冇錯，如果我個女讀到劍橋，仲要second upper honour畢業，唔使10A同港姐，我已經非常滿足了

有冇資料顯示狀元到大學畢業成績依然係獨領風騷？ 人生一個階段嘅勝利都只係代表嗰個階段。

Can't compare directly as the distributions are different. Usually 30-40% graduates got first class honour in Cambridge while its about 10% for HKU.

What about the % of 2nd upper in Cambridge?
And is it true that it’s difficult to get a job in Magic Circle firms without a first hon degree

最近聽到有個朋友個仔去Cambridge 讀math, 有個去Oxford... 即刻幻想下... 見到自己果個唯有回歸現實

2nd upper should be around 50-60%. i believe the LLB honour mainly affect your admission to PC and indeed if you get 3rd you are basically in deadend as not many PCLL programme would take you. But when it comes to job application, its more about other attributes and even relationship rather than the honour on your paper.

In Cambridge, just like Oxford, its also about which college you are going to and your major. For the best college for Law, traditionally it has to be Downing and other names such as St John's, Gonville and Caius, Trinity are also on the list.
Louisa Mak's college, Newnham, is a very nice women's college but not particularly famous for Law.

In short, faculties do the lectures and exams, colleges do the supervisions and tutorials. Quite different from most other uni in UK.
