It's true. The student selection mechanism is not fair at all

DSS school > school with no feeder / affiliated school > school with affiliated school > school with feeder school

DSS schools can fully control the student selection at P1 but subsidized schools cannot.

DSS may have 10% Band 2/3 students but their S1 intake should be 100% Band 1A.

QC should get some Band 1B / C students from Central Allocation.

現實就係有DSS 332A2 係7X％或更低，除非你假設間間都係PKC既世一級，相信連CC小學都未必有～

用5+，4+排都唔會，用332A排差唔多吧。
