Still received call for 2nd interview?  I thought the 2nd interview finish by end of March.

For my Daughter.

Started with a simple question about her profile, then drill deeper based on her answers.

After the English "part", asked her questions using PutongHua, also drill deeper based on her answers.

Last set of questions were Cantonese based.

I think there is no way you can prepare.  Or no matter how you prepare, they will drill down to see the real-self of your daugher.   I tend to think that language capability and how smart your daugher handle the (some quite tough and direct) questions would be key.  (e.g. do not answer with a single word nor sentence, your daughter has to really "talk").

One last comment, I think HYS likes independent girls.

Feeling hard or not depends on how you see it.  My daughter actually quite enjoy talking to the 3 interviewers, and the atmosphere was actually quite fun.

They ask a few questions to us (the parents) as well.  One I remember was what DSSs we applied and whether they accepted my daughter or not.

Sorry for late reply, not visiting EK for some time.  And sorry also I do not know the acceptance rate of 2nd interview, nor how many students were selected for 2nd interview.
