To qualify for promotion to F1, a P6 student has to obtain a pass in Chinese, English, and Maths. This refer to the final grade obtain in the final report issued in the 2nd semester. The grades in the final report take into account of 30% 1st semester and 70% 2nd semester exam and test marks. Hope this is helpful.

由st paul 原校小六升讀中一須要有咩資格，例如﹕是否只要上、下學期的中、英、數考試便可升讀中學，還是要上、下學期的中、英及數考試合格+總評分合格便可。
