聽講creative 可以考chinese A and chinese B (please fact check yourself.I heard from the principal of a third IS who mentioned Creative Secondary to me).

 Not sure about KCCIS.

I think two of the most important consideration would be:

 1) How important is taking IBDP is for your kid?If it is very important, you should choose KCCIS.Although KCCIS sets a minimum IGCSE achievement requirement before one can take IBDP (listed online), such requirement is quite reasonable (or low I think). That means KCCIS can be viewed as non-selective when it comes to taking IBDP.

As for Creative, I believe that competition for IB class would be higher (as a DSS school which has a restricted portion of non-DSE students). Your kid get to demonstrate he/she can score well in IBDP before the school would put you in that class.Otherwise, he or she will take DSE.

I am not sure whether your kid can take both exams well.If your kid can’t take IBDP, do u have a backup plan, like sending abroad earlier?

 2) if targeting IBDP, the subject choices of IBDP.KCCIS, with a small pool of IBDP students, clearly says that students have to compromise the subject choice. Please read its IBDP policy online.

Not too sure about Creative. I read on Creative’s website, tho.the subject choices seem more.

But the online list of subject choices doesn’t mean the school really offers them all every year.Better check with the school to know more.

 Hope this helps.
