一般黎講, capital levy 係每年俾, debentures 就一次過.　不過間間學校 debentures 既terms 都唔一樣, 要自己睇清楚

Capital levy requires to pay annually. Debenture is one off, usually if you have debenture you might not need to pay Capital levy but it depends on school. Some debentures are deductible each year, so which means by the time your kids leave the school, the value will drop. Some of them are not. So it depends on individual school policy.
