Random 意思係隨機冇準則嘅，你可以打去學校問，他們可能會講

記得之前副校長講過，random number真係random，佢地都控制唔到。

N無人仕有得IN有以下可能:
1. have good random numbers in the catchment of BS, GS or PS
2. may just be on the waiting list (not guaranteed places)

Random number is computer-generated and truly random. All primary schools use the same set of random number during the central admissions. Thus, knowing your random number does not reflect anything. No.1000 may rank higher at PS than No.200 at KJS.

You can only buy NR when there are still quota. During Year 1 central admissions, NR holders will receive interviews (5th priority after corporate NR, teaching staff, support staff and siblings).

For the NR, you pay 50k first
If your kid failed the interview, you can get the money back
You your kid passed, then u have to pay the remaining 450k

If your child attends from Y1 to Y13, $500K/13 = $38K/year (or $3.8K/month). You can add $38K to ESF annual fee and use it to compare with other IS. ESF does have a one-off capital levy ($38K) but other IS may have capital enrolment fee, annual levy, etc...

If your child fails the assessment, $50K NR deposit will be returned.
