Currently, Years 1 - 3 are HK$111,200 (per year) and Year 4 - 6 are HK$93,900. Without subvention, all primary school fees should be the same. You can expect to pay around HK$118K for Years 1 - 4 next year (assuming 5-7% increase).
Good value or not depends on which schools you compare to and what you value the most. Class size for ESF is 30 while other international schools are around 20-25. And do factor in enrolment fees, levies, debentures, etc...
For examples:
KIS (HK$10,900 for primary), KCIS (HK$82,500 for for primary)
CNDIS (HK$152,000 for Grade 1) and AISHK (HK$147,500 for primary)
CIS (HK$205,500 for primary) and YCIS (HK£214,960 for primary)
Newer schools like Shrewbery, Malvern are HK$150K to 180K.
