Try to think if u were she, ...how would u choose 50 - 60 among, say, 3000 this year ?....
Remember, just look at the simple form, and photo, then choose...without interview...
We are all simple human being ...I think they simply:
1. Take out those firm referral ...(They did have as my fd did through this route before)
2. Prioritise based on certain criteria as stated in the form into,say, 3 categories...
3. Select among these 3 categories, ...by ....personal perceptions,.....
