Hi tanny,

Honestly, I don't have any idea yet.  Artwork, crafts, drawing, designs and the like have always been my No. 1 weakness.  It's 1000 times easier for me if I am asked to participate in a mathematics competition!

Initially, I thought this was not a compulsory activity and so I never really consider it seriously.  Only until recently that I realise that almost everyone is participating.  What about you?  Any good ideas?

心心,由旺角或九龍塘火車站行都較遠,照計巴士近好多.
I am not sure whether 281A share the same bus stop(s) with 81C/87D/182 etc.  But in case it does, you may try the following:-

1. 81C/87D/182嚮窩打老道拔萃小學(九龍塘會所對面)有個站
2.落車後,有行人天橋橫過窩打老道.
3.一落行人天橋就已經係九龍塘會所,再向前行兩分鐘就見到Kingston International School
4.嚮Kingston轉右,入果條內街就係雅息士道,入左雅息士道會先見到Pui Yan Nursery,再見到St. Catherine's.
5.經過St. Catherine's 門口再向前行兩分鐘就見到劍鳴.

Note :回程九龍塘會所門口有81C/170/182巴士站返沙田,我由劍鳴行去九龍塘會所只需5-6分鐘.

Daniel帶返黎既Halloween photos有同少部份既A班B班小朋友合照,唔知Janice果日扮mud呢?著mud野顏色衫呢?

D小朋友真係好smart架,尤其D女仔,唔單止認得小朋友,連我都認得,自從Daniel11月開始搭school bus,我就無嚮劍鳴出現過,但昨日for some reason我車佢返學,入到班房有3個女仔笑瞇瞇o甘圍住我,有1個仲指住Daniel嚮個board上面張相,佢無說話,但佢想話我知"你係Daniel媽咪!",有2個仲笑騎騎扮鬼臉撩Daniel,點知Daniel懵下懵下,繼續專心玩玩具,激死我,有1個幾鬼靚女呀!

I saw Ian-king yesterday morning.  He seemed very happy and excited while marching out of the classroom heading for the morning exercises.佢大叫  左一聲,再衝前兩步,好cute呀!

How come Janice didn't bring back any halloween photos? Janice wore a white color princess dress on that day, with 2 stars on her head.  

Did you get Kentville's result yet?  Janice got accepted in the am class, but we still have to wait for St. Catherine's result to make the final decision.

As you studied there before, can you tell me what's the difference between the Kent Rd campus and the Dorset Rd campus?

Daniel also got accepted but Kentville may not be the right school for him.  I am considering it only probably because I still have a feel about my first school.  On the other hand, my husband and even my brother (also an ex-Kentville student) both think that I should give up.  They both share the view that I shouldn't choose a school solely because of its "name".  SC should be a better choice for him.  In case he fails for SC, I actually prefer Stafford or KM.

I am afraid I can't tell you the difference between the 2 campuses.  When it was my time (I am over 30), the only campus was the Kent Road campus.  The Dorset Crescent campus was only built subsequently.  

From your description, I can't find Janice in the Halloween pictures that I got back from KM.  You may ask Ms. Liu next time you talk to her.

Kit Kit also got accepted in the am class at Kent Road campus but same as u will see whether the  result from St. Catherine.

Which kindergarten u like more?  I prefer St. Catherine before as the school are newer and children speak good english.  

But I realized that my Janice is very naughty and rude sometimes, so I change my mind and want to send her to traditional school (Kentville).  As I have to work and the maid doesn't know how to teach her, I really want her to learn more at school, not just playing.  My manager's 2 sons also studied at Kentville before and said that they learned a lot of materials, she highly recommended that it is a  good school wow.

However, my friend's daughter is studying K1 at St. Catherine and he said she likes to read a lot of English book and likes the school a lot ar!

Ha ha, really don't know which one to choose, just wait and see la! Maybe Janice can't get a seat at St. Catherine as her performance was average only.

These 2 kindergartens hv thier pro.s & con.s still thinking of that.  Before Kit Kit studying KM (have registered for 2 international kinder) most of my friends said my boy may be suitable for international school but after few mths he learnt & changed a lots he loves to go to school so its really hard to say which style of teaching method is the best for him.

My friend's son is studying in Kentville and she always says this school is very good and his son can do the homework and study by himself so independence (always got 100 marks/！） And when the public holdiays falls he is upset about no need to go to school.  BTW, where's yr manager's sons studying now?  

Anyhow, take a short break and let's wait for the result outcome fm St. Catherine.   Good luck

Hi danielboy, tannytam and hugmami,

I just received SC result, Janice get accepted in the PM class at Essex Crescent Campus, the registration date for my session will be on Dec 18, 1:45pm (KM Christmas party day), a little bit disappointed as I prefer AM class.  But my friend told me that I can write letter to request them to change to AM class, he did it for her daughter last year.  Have you got the result yet?  What's your decision?

I have sent out the cheque to Kentville already, I can go to the bank to stop the cheque, don't know what to do.  I am going to pay for the reg. fee for SC as well as I need longer time to make the decision, as both SC and Kentville only have PM session in K2.

I asked my manager and she said kentville students got accepted in different schools, mainly base on luck.

Congratulations to you and Janice.  I haven't got any news yet although I know most people have.  As usual, letters are always delivered late to my area.  I just have to keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow.  If you haven't yet had a final decision as between KV & SC, I suggest you not to stop the cheque.  By the way, I watched the Halloween video last night and finally spotted Janice in her lovely outfit.

I also haven't received letter from SC yet, but I know that 爽爽 would not be accepted by SC.  She did not speak anything in both SC & KV interviews.  KV already rejected her, & so does SC, I believe. :cry:

Congratulations!!!!!

Kit Kit also got a seat in SC in pm session at Essex Crescent Campus, however, my preference is am session. The registration date will be on Sun Dec 19.

I will go to Kenville this coming Sat Dec 4 for registration.  I want to take a look and ask more questions in person.  For SC I'll  reserve the seat as well cos' I'm trying to write a letter to request them to change as am session.  Anyhow, I need to think thoroughly about these 2 kinders.

Hi Hugmami and danielboy,

Congratulation to you too, all of them are admitted to the Essex campus.  One of the SC mom told me that the Essex campus is better as it is newer, and she told us to write the letter to school early if we really want to switch to the AM class, as there is a waiting list for the transfer too.

I have made up my mind finally and I will go for SC.  As we will let Janice study high school in Melbourne later on, I think SC will suit her better.

I know that u won't go for kentville, so what's your choice right now? Will you still consider Stafford? I may let Janice study PM session as she goes to bed late every night, almost 12pm! It is so difficult to wake her up right now.

KM is a good school too, especially for boy.  Janice always mention Ian recently, I am so eager to see you all in the Christmas party!
