Yes, Vic got good NET.  As for me, I want my boy to study in traditional school.  Which one you recommend?  Thank!

being an alumnae of Vict, i let go but take up KCS instead, simply b/c of the managment & execution of school. KCS is operating a school vs Vict is operating a commercial org.....only for the sake of $$.
