I think there is no rejection.  The name is not even written on the letter and I supposed all unsuccessful applicants received this letter..., like me!

I believe all parents will select AM given the choice and if there are any drop outs its possible any AM preference from PM class may be given priority to change.

All kindergartens will say PM waiting list vs rejection.  We can only pray that any drop outs from AM or PM can be given to those on waiting list such as myself.
