Undergraduate in Britain

I am a Year 1 student in CUHK but I plan to take my first degree in Britain. Hopefully, I will leave HK next school year.
May I know, apart from the two elite ones Oxford and Cambridge, which school(s) is/are the best for these subjects:

1) Psychology
2) Sociology
3) Geography
4) Interpretation / Translation

Concerning my academic performance and personal character, I believe I can manage them so no worries are needed.
Or, besides Britain, should I try the US or elsewhere?

if i were u, i would try America uni! Coz in England it's hard to look for job after u graduated unless you have British passport! i've gone through it already

yeah quite right... usually only investment banks would apply for work permit for graduate trainees, and it's very competitive to get in....
