我諗到一個比喻, 就係當年阿仔學揸車, 由一開始 ...

會唔會係揸開Toyota ，突然轉揸電車，或者Porsche ，都係車，但性能及操控有好大差距！

係AI能力問题？
還是Open問题？

唔記得睇过。
有個醫療AI.
是閉環。
資料被核实才可運用。
準確度，比一般醫生還要高。

問題有啲特別, 以google能力, 冇可能揸得過open AI或者Anthorpic, 但點解個新model咁差?
- 可能唔係追求scale: 依家啲LLM, 開口就幾多百萬, 幾多千萬個參數, 用電就用曬成個town 啲電, 都話未夠.
- 可能佢而家係追求cost effectiveness: 唔係要一個全能, 無限大, 嘅model, 而係一個夠用就ok嘅model (唔需要好大), 又或者, 每個vertical domains 有自己嘅model, 例如一個幫助寫軟件嘅model, 你問佢減肥知識, 會答錯曬你.

不過唔理乜嘢原因, 監管和規範, 先係保障質量嘅唯一方法. 否則就會變成ai管人, 而唔係人管ai.

你講的醫療ai, 閉環管理, 係絕對需要!
