Child visa 考慮自己申請
Agent 只是跟要求幫手執文件
到時都係要親身上去辦理

If applying from HK, it looks there is no need to provide financial statements but both parents need to sign a letter of permission "confirming use of their money, relationship to you and that you are permitted to study in the UK"
