When bb can start playgroup? 5 mths?

When my baby can start playgroup?  5 months can do?  I live in Central, which one is good and when I should apply?  Please share.

My baby starts playgroup since her 14 months.
She was the youngest one, could not be pay attention in the class, just running around and play by herself.  It is now 4 months already she is the smartest one, because she catch-up quite well compares to 24 months and other babies.

I suggest yo start playgroup when the baby learn to walk, or crawler. it is no fun to holding her for 60 mins during the class.

If you wish to your baby to play into a group. I suggest you bring her to the church - Sunday service, that is very similar of young child and parent playgroup.

I am a Christian go Sunday service for many years. My baby enjoys and learn quite a lots from the Children worship.

Thank you for your advice.  I'm a busy working mother and I worry my bb plays with the maid only is kind of boring.  If he can join a group to play with others, it could help his development.

In Hk Island, you can choose Tutor Time Int'l kindergarten . Children can start joining their 'Activity Group' programe by the age of 6 months. My daughter used to join it when she was little.

In addition, Highgate house school provide a Parent/Carer & Child programme for children who are at the ages of 0 to 3 years in every Tuesday and Thursday.
