如入英基係唔係一定要持外國護照, 及會否睇父母稅單, 除要求小朋友有能力可用英語溝通外, 有沒有其他要求呢.

其實大部份都唔係。

不過如果考英基，有外國護照就著數 d，可能同佢地個 policy 有關 ( 佢地當年成立，係為英兵及其他 expat 子女提供教育 )。

我多年來眼見的，好多考唔到的，都係冇外國護照。
反而，如果你有外國護照在手，英文唔駛去到 native standand 都得。

Agreed, friend of mine got the UK passport for the son, I am not talking about the BNO, a real UK one. But he still failed because of the English proficiency. He is studying in Victoria, Mum complaints the standard and the high school fee.

In fact, Victoria was not wrong, she never claims it is an international kg.
