Question about ESF and IS ...

Dear All

My daughter will be going to the kinder this Sep. And I m STILL struggling:Sending her to a IS? or Local?
She s now attending Anfiel Pre-Programme, and was accepted by Kentville.

To be honest I never though of IS before, everything I ve plan is to the Local scool . But after a year at Anfield, I found that MAYBE she will be more happier in a IS school as her character might not suit to study at a local school not only me but also the teacher say so hm... Thats why I need some assitant here.

The first thing  I need to decide is A IS or Local.  I know it sounds stupid but how to choose ? There are pro and cons on both IS and Local.

If I choose IS, My 1st choice is ESF though heard many info from different people some say good and some say rubbish. I m not sure..Please correct me if I m wrong , different ESF got different standard?

If so, at Kowloon side which ESF to choose ? Beacon Hill? Kowloon Junior High? Clearwaterbay?

Thank you for any info provide, cause I really dont have any path to get those info. I m feeling a bit lost

For ESF schools, you cannot choose, you can only apply the one in your zone area.  Details can be found from ESF website.

Anfield kinder is quite good, why not staying there?

I understand I can only apply from my zone area, Which means I can choose either clearwaterbay zone or kowloon Tong ZOne, cause I ve home in both zone. Then, which school is better? Thank you.

I don't know which school in the zones you mentioned is better, but I believe their standards are more or less the same.  Yet you may rather check which waiting list is shorter as I know some people have waited for many years and still cannot get a seat.
