My baby (17 months) is in Kowloon Tong's TT Playgroup now for 1 month, but I decided to withdraw ... the classroom is a bit crowded for 12-13 pairs of parent & kid, and the ciriculum is a bit hastily for 90 mins. Just have a feeling that every activity is too rush.... Just personal opinion and I look for comments of other playgroup in Kowloon side too.
