There's a moderator here but it may take awhile before action is taken.  This guy's topics were deleted yesterday.  The topic that he just started again yesterday was deleted again after a few hours.  I'm sure his rights will be removed very soon.  Let's wait and see.  To speed things up, you may want to PM to alone who has the highest right or post a message to the "administrator" at the left column.
