如小學才申請， 有多少位給小學生？

I did the statistic in september 2023 for data全方位認識 香港幼稚園及幼兒學校 - 升學天地 Kindergarten List (schooland.hk)



ESF 5nos. 幼稚園 學生數目: 1600nos. (each grade about 800nos)
ESF 9no. primary school (except RC and Dis) placement : 6040nos. (each grade about 1000nos.)
ESF 5no. Secondary school (except RC and Dis) placement: 6900nos (each grade about 985nos)




ESF elementary school
1. Beacon Hill 540nos. students
2. Bradbury School Stubbs road 720nos Students
3. Clearwater Bay 700nos. students
4. Glenealy mid level  330nos students
5. Kennedy 900nos students
6. Kowloon Junior 900nos students  
7. Peak School 350nos students
8. Quarry Bay School 700nos. students

ESF secondary

ESF K students would submit their preference in early September and receive offer in late november. we are the first year no-zone policy primary allocation. As per the rough poll i did in the whatsapp group, more than 60% student would get the first priority. children have no siblings could also got into their first choice.

highly recommend to apply Kindergarten even K2. you will have a peace of mind after receiving the offer.even you don't get in K after applied, you still have second chance for Y1 or above. just don't let go of the first chance.

Its GREAT! Basically, if I wish to join in in Y1 in the mass intake, there are still around 380 vacancies.

Being a FP holder with absolute fluency in English, joining in Y1 is still doable, right ?

I m talking about being immersed in an English learning environment like St Cat.

How about being a mid joiner in Y3 to 5, how many vacancies should there be in one year ?

guess what. many are taking chances to enter after Y3. not just hk students. also mainland students reading tons of info on LittleRedBook. good luck.

There are approximately 800 K2 ESF priority students transitioning for 1,300 Year 1 places across 9 primary and 2 all-through schools.

So there is still 500 vacancies for P1.
Approximately 300 to 320 will be allocated to FP.

不過就算大陸passport 當FP, 但佢哋又不一定過到English as teaching medium 呢一關喎。
