i entrolled this coming K1 for my son in september.
i visited there before, i think is quilt good. and also my friend 's son studied in TT for 2 years already (from their playgroup), i thought he so smart. so i entrolled

My kid has been in TT since K1, she is currently in K2.  Overall experience in TT is good, teachers are nice and patient to children.  My kid can communicate well in both Mandarine and English.  For English, my kid is able to read a simple story.  My suggestion is that if you aim for international school in the long run for your kid, TT would be a good choice.  However, if you aim for switch back to local school, but you want your kid have good English level, you may need to do more work on Chinese by your own.  Kids usually will join other International Schools after K2.  They do have K3 class, but no. of kids is only around 5-6.

May I know who are the teachers (both english and mandarin for k2 class? Ms Elsa? My kid studied their K1 class before, I think the school is good and both my kid and I miss the teachers there too!
I am considering to put my kid back to there for summer course but not decide yet.
Have your kid got admit to international primary school? May I know which one? or will your kid continue there for k3? sorry for so many question, but the result of admit to international primary is always my major concern.

In K2,English teacher is Ms Elsa, Mandarin teacher is Ms Candy.  Both of them are very good in deed.  Although the teaching style is free, but they still have discipline.  I heard from my kid that teachers also discipline them if they were naughty, but the way was to let them understand the fact.   
My kid will not continue to their K3 as she was accepted in other international school.  She was accepted by ICS & CAIS.  Most of the kid will go to G1 in other international schools, such as CIS, ICS & Australia IS, but I am not sure if anyone got accpeted by ESF. I have not asked other parents.  For some of the parents this year, they keen on K3 class for their kids.  After a long discussion with Mr Cory, finally, TT can open a K3 morning class (usually only afternoon clasee).  In fact, this is very good, they listen to the feedback from parents and try their very best to accommodate our needs.
My kid will continue the summer course this year.

Glad to hear that your kid being accepted by two in'tl primary school.
The think I like this school is they keep on improving and try hard to satisfied parent's need. So you could see they are growing fast, all class are full in the morning. I still remember before I put my kid to their playgroup, I heard a lot of negative comments not even from BK but also from other parents in my kid's playgroup (not TT). Now you could hear some positive comments from parents.
By the way, do you think their "honic Express" is good? Can your kid benefit from it?

Since I used to teach my kid phonic, it is hard for me to comment the Phonic Express used by TT.  I know Ms Elsa not only using the phonic, but also teach the children to read the words by encouraging them to use the phonic. I see my kid try to write a short sentence, she try to pronounce the word herself. Of course, don't expect she can spell each word correctly, but at least, they are encourage to write & read.
I think Ms Elsa is a real good and experience teacher.

I am really like the school of CAIS & ICS, how can my kid enroll that school easily? I am a local Chinese & my kid will study in TT for KI this coming Aug. If I just let my kid study in TT is that enough to pass the interview in CAIS & ICS?? Finally, may I know which school will u choose for your kid?

Emily alr help me made a remarks asking for Mr. Cory teach  KI when I enroll. But she said not quarrentee and will depend  on the situatution. So, did u ask Emily make a remarks for u too??

I have not decided yet for which int'l school.  I cannot comments if only study in TT can be enough to get into both ICS & CAIS, my kid does not attend any other outside class, but we communicate with her in English daily.

For K1 class, both Mr Cory & Ms Pasical (spelling?) are also very good and experience.  Although my kid did not attend Ms Pasical's class, but she also likes her very much.

I think I will arrange some english course for my kid for security. Some of my friends are teaching in ICS & CAIS, so I would feel confident to send my kid to that school. Unfortunately, my choice only have CAIS due my kid was born in Dec.

Since we are planning to let my son to study in international school in the long run, that's why I am wondering whether this is a suitable nursery and kindergarten for my plan.

I saw that the school fee is very very high, and do you think and feel it's worth ?
