Actually, Boxhill have school bus that can reach somewhere near "Nai Chung",  I can PM you the school bus co. no. tomorrow for you to check. My problem was a little bit complicated, I live in SK downtown, and I do not have maid,

My hubby can drive her to school in the morning, but for the return trip, since MOS railway was opened, 94 bus can go from SK Downtown to Wu Kai Sha railway station, I will ask school bus to take her there and my mom can take her back by bus..

I think if more and more student comes from Sai Kung, then the school will open a Sai Kung route for the coming Sep la..(But I may be send my daughter to Kowloon Tong for another school in Sep)

I just called them and they told me that from Wu Kai Sha to school is around HKD500.. so I think Sai Sha Village is more or less the same..

If you think anything I can help, please let me know..

May I know what reason that you will sent your kid to Kowloon Tong's school?

Don't you think it is too far?

International school always be my first priority as I really can't agree the teaching method in local school and also the government policy in education.

Boxhill is really a good kindergarden that today is the first day for my girl, she did cry, but finally, she came back happily and she told me that she loves it...

Since my hubby and I are not foreigner and we do not have other country's passport and we are not rich, the priority goes to a international school will be really low, as I already rejected by Abacus in Clear Water Bay no matter I registred really early.. For Boxhill, I need to have another headache after two years later that I need to help her to find another primary.. mostly is "hoenix", but I really do not have confident that she can be accepted.

This year, I also help her to apply several project based/activity based kinder (like creative, Baptish University kinder) which also have primary and seconday school (one dragon), that she can goes to primary and secondary without switching and learning mode.. Since it will be hard for her to switch back to a traditional local school if she study in a activity based kinder.

At this moment, I can't confirm whether she will definiately goes to Kowloon Tong (Since I still think it is too far far away), but the chances is really great since the kinder that accept her is a new school and have great support and also they will deploy IB in later primary and secondary and the greatest thing is they promised that all kinder graduates will have a place in primary...

The theme and believe for the kinder is somewhat like international school (small class), children can have their own development...without lots of rules and guidelines..

She just start normal schooling in this week and she is in the frog class. Miss Maggie and Miss Jacquline are her teachers, she like them very much.

She do cry everytime when you need to go into classroom.. but she told me that she like the school..

I have been with her for her trial class just before easter holiday and wait for her outside the waiting area..but I can't to be with her this week as I can't take leave this week, therefore, daddy goes with her every morning to school...  After two days trial class, she start to say some "unknown English" (which is composite by herself)..

I do like the school very much, the only thing that is worried is switching to primary school since this school really educated in a international school style...but don't know whether it will be easy to goes into Phoneix...

我的女兒讀bunny b，非常開心。她已經在家講很多的英文，例如唱英文歌，講一些短的英文sentence，俾起當初已經有很大的進步了。希望有機會見到你呀。:)因為我有時亦都會送我女兒上學的。

miss rona係幾好的，我個女都係她教。:)

有中文學的，一日都好似話有20-25分鐘的。

它好似遲些有一個parents' evening，係group discussion主要講下primary會有什麼的出路，及k1的preparation。依家她已經interview緊一些新的native english speaker (of course with relevant experience)作k1的teacher。

我小朋友2歲8個月大呀。係呀，如無意外，都應該會係boxhill讀埋個k3的再上小學。

其實我自己都唔係好清楚可以上什麼小學的，請問你有什麼好的意見？

部份的教師是由英國來的，有部份的assistant係一些外國大學回來的，有一些好似係香港讀完大學的。

我只是知道我女兒那一班的老師係由英國來的，係一個qualified childcare worker和讀修畢有關幼兒教學課程的人。^_^

sorry to interupt: my girl is now three yrs and eight months but she can communicate in english with foreigner very well. I would say the Disney Magic English DVDs really helpful to develope vocabs for her. She started to use the system when she was only one month. She loves to watch all kinds of english programs. She recognised 26 letters before year of 1. I believe the Disney program is building up her english level and once can talk, she can speak simple english words already. I surprise that she can even "read" english sentences and stories before two. The teachers at Anfield playgroup are highly appreciated of her special telent. I speak both Cantonese and English to her and I think if you really want to push up the eng level, as parents we have to provide a "english spraking" environment for the kids. I try this through playing english videos in schedule, hire private eng tutor to polish oral communication and go to english playgroup/kinder, etc. I quit my job when she was 6 months old just to take care of her and make sure she follows a well-built schedule everyday. Luckily my efforts prove it works.

What's wrong with you?  You're talking about the English kits which is nothing to do with the kindergarten we mentioned.
