NR holders一定有得IN is true for the Year 1 Central Applications. For other year groups, NR holders may still be on the waiting list if no actual intimidate place is available.

Every year, newly hired teachers' children and ESF siblings still have a higher priority than NR holders. Therefore, the admissions may say you are the next in line when you buy the NR but you may still need to wait for a few years if you are waiting for a place at a low turnover and popular school.

Better call them and ask. And there is no zoning restriction for NR. You can buy NR for an out-of-zone school.

thanks...i just asked and admin replied that RC's NR still available but my 1st choice is KJS
sure that RC is a good school but too far from my home.
probably i should apply year 2 next year with KJS's NR.......

首先，睇你邊間1ST CHOICE吧。
我上年考RC也是N冇，冇得IN, IN 前几日話有人取消可以去IN, 之后收左。但今年改左CENTRAL, 已冇左以前ESF KINDER 報兩間重叠資源，我個人認為如唔買NR，佢地好大可能手上現有得IN 既小朋友已夠填大部份學額，仲要考慮有得IN 冇1ST位, 轉俾 2ND CHOICE既小朋友。估計再CALL WAITING 會比之前少好多。

冇公唔公平, 只係你朋友冇了解清楚ESF NR 係咩一回事

ESF 每年NR係有限額, 全港ESF 一共150個 (每間再有一個QUOTA), ESF IS 好似分別有60個. NR係根據交表時間先到先得, 佢地係會係每一份FORM 上面CHOP印 (每年申請第一日都會有好有心要入ESF 既人一早去排隊). ESF 會根據買NR既學校選擇而決定有幾多個NR有得IN, 如果你買個間學校好多人買 (例如SJS), 而你又唔夠人早交表, 咁人地咪有得IN你冇得IN


另外, 根據ADMISSION提供既資料, NR係冇任何優先/大機會, 除左比起其他乜都冇既申請多個INTERVIEW機會. 因為學校老師連校長都唔會知邊個申請有買NR, 佢地只會一視同仁判斷你小朋友達唔達標. 如果你小朋友達到入學要求, ADMISSION 會再根據PRIORITY LIST 次序, 再按每個PRIORITY GROUP 入面既RANDOM NUMBER 派位

而家ALLOCATION 已7788, 我相信而家買NR已經冇乜用... 應該話, 你而家買NR只可以係派完第一輪有位剩先至有PRIORITY

我之前打過去ESF 問題有關NR問題, 呢個係得理解, 你可以再打去ESF 問下

其實今年one form application, 唔計priority 同nr.. 係咪最終都係取決返個random number, 先知有無得in 同收唔收？

想借位問一問，RC係咪會先㨂收叻d 既學生？定好似esf kinder 果陣咁，只要pass interview，就睇random number 收生？

我覺得以訛傳訛多，一間幼稚園有10個家庭買NR？ 以Esf admission offer 説，每年NR 限額150個for 各間Esf  ...

同我同事講番, 佢話十個家庭買NR唔係
同一間幼稚園 , 係佢幼稚園啲家長每人認識兩三個, 加起成十個唔得 !  Sorry呀, 之前可能有啲講得唔清楚  .

ESF total 1300 個Y1 位, ESF KINDERGARTEN 有 7XX 人，再加唔知幾多個siblings 和買NR, 扣扣埋埋 可能有大約400-500個位俾無Priority 嘅人。咁自己計下。
有5XX個Y1位在 HKI,個人意見，如N無人士2nd，3rd, 4th choice 選HKI 嘅安全d

因為HKI 得一間ESF Kindergarten Hillside 1xx 個學生

Just to clarify: each applicant can only choose one foundation school of his/her catchment zone (according to home address) and one out-of-zone school. RC and DC are zone free. That means, those without priority who are living in Kowloon/ NT can only choose one HKI foundation school as the “out of zone” school.
