你是指校長? 那就直接寫信俾董事會，真心建議你咁做。德興事件也是這樣解決的。

這不是學校你承認不承認，而是你們都是stakeholder。

真心想幫你。有乜可以大家一齊解決。（申下都好）

我這一句說話我有點不明白，如果是mirco management，那是指校長對老師?  mirco management一般指老闆壓迫下屬的一種方法，如果學校要mirco management學生，係好大鑊一件事。

如果校長mirco management 老師，而令老師集體辭職，暫時呢個故事可以講得通。而受害者就係學生，對嗎?

我只係想講，呢度唔會有人識你，你都唔洗怕，如果學校對家長或學生唔公平，係度公開俾其他家長知係好事。德興事件已經係一個好好概例子，如果校長係誤人子弟，呢d野一定要公開。

如果有一間國際學校不承認自己parent association的地位，拒絕溝通，是否舉世無雙？

PTA ? 點解唔承認？咁就真的很怪。
是否多年來也一直不承認？還是只不承認今年這一屆的 PTA ?

Just by supporting the visions of a relatively new private school in Local P1 page last week had already caused a lot of negative comments from traditional education fans, saying private school and IS parents love wasting money to look for the so-called “balanced life”, and happy schools are all unrealistic, we should believe no pain no gain, traditional style learning is the best, happy school = can’t get into good secondary = poor results in public exam = bad university = ruining your child’s entire life...

So tired to argue with these local school parents; especially those with bigger kids in secondary who think they are representing EK

Two different systems. Two different mindsets.  Don't waste time to change LS side. They are addicted.

Agree! Please share more of what you have come across in your school.. I believe school management also read parents’ comments here, what you write can definitely help the teachers, parents and students in your school..

深信no pain no gain就如在21世紀相信罰炒聖經係複印概唯一方法。但其實家陣已經有printer。
國際學校開心不是不學習，而是有效率學習。

深信加班到11點才可以升職係好老土概想法。

既然離開，就放下啦。

呢所學校真是不錯，我的小孩讀書也開心，像加拿大教育一樣！ 不像這位 樓主 說那麼差，支持這所又大又高質數的學校！   

心想放下， 支持離開，阿門！

我想講. 逃避是不是一個好方法呢? 有問題, 可以積極去改善,
如果轉去第二問, 也難保沒有管理問題. 那時又轉校嗎.

相信將2個校舍合併,無論人事/教育管理,老師層面,學生方面都需要點時間去磨合。沒有可能一拍即合吧!
