I guess this apply to all schools. It entirely depends on parents preference..... some kids even in local schools, parents also won’t send them for tutorial. usually international schools they would suggest you to reach out to the teacher first, they can provide support from school (e.g. 1 hour each week for extra class)
yours is in RC. The ones I know in QBS, Glenealy, Island School. The one at Island School had extra classes outside for 4 out of the 6 subjects for the DP, and got 40+ at the end

Do you think reading Chinese story books at home everyday is good enough? Or really need them to write the words out so that they can remember? I personally was from a chinese traditional school. I don’t really know I know Chinese is because I copied the words a thousand times or I see n read them everyday.

Both my kids also 40+.
So I should be happy because I have saved a lot of money.
