My daughter graduated from KBCK many years ago. I like the school very much despite the teachers’ and staff’s turnover during the two years. Parents were welcomed to the classroom to help. Children had a lot of free play time yet there were many organized activities. Daily activities include story time, painting, singing, dancing, library, PE etc. Watertub and sandbox were placed outside the classroom. There was also a dress up corner etc. I am sure you have seen them during the school and classroom visit. There were also two concerts every year when all the students took part together to perform in the Chapel.
Academically, the school didn’t teach Chinese at all. Also there was no homework nor writing at all. The school placed an emphasis on bible teaching as it was an extension of the Kowloon International Baptist Church. If you find these acceptable, KBCK is a good choice.
All of my daughter’s classmates went to international primary school except one who went to two kindergarten at the same time and continued on to K3 for mainstream primary school.
