以我所知ESF 升哪一間中學，是看Yr 6時報名的地址而不是哪一間ESF 小學。問題在這裏，如果ESF小學家長鍾情某間ESF中學，舉例：Shatin College，其實他們可以Yr 6 搬去Shatin College 的catchment area住，然後就可以中學入Shatin College。如果有很多ESF小學家長都是這樣，例如CWB 同BHS，而Shatin College 因此oversubscribed，唔夠位收曬SJS 的學生（suppose全部都係入Shatin College)，遇到咁既情況，ESF會如何處理呢？請問有沒有前輩可以分享一下嗎？

你可以打電話去esf quarry bay office 問，佢會解釋中學收生的priority 及情況。或者打去Shatin college 的admission officer, 他們應該可以答到

請問是哪一間學校學生有機會派去KGV /Island school? BHS同CWB嗎？即是搬屋都沒有用嗎？

Bhs,搬屋後報地址，校網應該Kgv,但校方說太多人同一校網，都是抽入去，最後入到

但有同學去了island school

My daughter was studied in KGV. I learnt from a teacher of KGV that their Year 7 applicants are oversubscribed every year. Only those applicants live in the catchment area is qualified and put under the waiting list. The priority will then depends on their academic result - only English and Maths will be counted. As the selection of students by academic result is their last resort and not the aim of ESF, the school will only express to public that they will select students by random.

So for outsider, I think even more difficult to get into KGV and Shatin college. My friend from RC tried to apply SC but was told to go to Island school instead. She didn’t accept and just stay in RC.

Heard a successful case that paid a nomination right to SC in order to transfer from RC.
