上學校網頁先尋找基本資料，在Life at RCHK有好清楚的介紹。

Y1=K3的年紀，不過心智會好快轉變，他們好快會認為自己是小學生（大個仔/女），所以不要把他們看為BB。讓他們學習照顧自己、掉三漏四是常見的事，不要準備貴重的上學用品，但要預備可以因遺失而容易補充的。

Y1是學習與朋友好好相處的一年，沒有太多功課和活動，他們學會尊重課室規矩、管理自己的東西、不攪破壞、多閲讀、性格開朗明快就最好不過。

作為家長，嘗試參與做helper、加入RAPT, 有定期聚會。

我的孩子已是中學生，小學的情況留待其他RC家長補充吧。

Two sessions for year 1. They also have a really amazing new playground, the kids gets plenty of exercise that way during lunch and recess.

mindfulness - showing children how to (methods) be mindful in their daily lives.
unit of inquiry - is central to the IB curriculum... In a nutshell, they 'inquire' into a certain topic area / idea/ concept through guided discussions, hands on learning / experimenting, and through learning to think critically. This basically teaches them how to learn but it's not in a one way instruction type of way, it's very fluid.
