RC: you apply this September 2018, for year 1 entrance in September 2019.

NIS: you may apply anytime, for year 1 entrance in September 2019. However, NIS is flexible with entry age for kids born in Oct-Dec. You may discuss with the school and request for year 1 entrance in September 2020 if you believe that's more suitable for your child.
