Thanks for your reply. I would consider KCIS "Kiangsu & Chekiang - Int'l Section" as they use English as a medium, and Mandarin is well-known in town plus they use traditional Chinese characters for teaching. While ESF uses simplified Chinese, that could make a big difference.
Are you planning to choose international school for your child? At which level he/she is in?
