Besides non profit, I think the debenture is another consideration. Debenture can range from under $100K to $1 million. Some schools require non refundable capital levy every year. ESF requires one-off capital levy. Some schools has a refundable debenture. Some schools doesn't require it at all.
We have to calculate the costs based on our own finances.
