How many students are there in a usual class setting?  How many places are for special needs children?

In my kids' classes I think there are ~27 or 28 kids.

I don't know much about special needs, 'cause my kids are just run-of-the-mill, but here's the ESF page on Special Needs - http://www.esf.edu.hk/specialneed.html


Here's information on Jockey Club Sarah Roe School - http://www.esf.edu.hk/schools/jcsrs.html

But I've heard there's a very long waiting list.
