Is it difficult to be accepted by RC for yr 12?

thankyou for your comments=] i also want to ask that how important does the written test is? does the interview also very important too? which one is more important?thanks a lot^^

聽聞今年 ( for 07 年 8 月入學 ) 的筆試很難，我認識一些 year 4，5，7 的都考唔到；
今年跟舊年不同，舊年學校新，唔係咁多人想 ( 敢 ) 去，
但今年辦得唔錯，口碑好，多了很多 applicants，學校又似乎刻意將 written test 定得比較難，其實好多 applicant 係來自其他國際學校的學生，都有流利英語，有很多更是金髮的外籍孩子，人家的英語水平當然都會比 local school 學生好，我識的讀開 local school 的都被 out，讀國際學校的都成功考入。
但一般國際學校到 year 10 開始，會有很多孩子出國讀書，咁可能考插班筆試的競爭比較細，我識有 d local school 學生，都係襯這個時間入到國際學校的。
不過競爭係細，但係國際學校始終都有對學生英語水平的機本要求，筆試真係要睇臨場表現，因為你根本唔知人地問乜，我覺得如果真係想 08 年入，就要襯早 push 下英語寫作，因為 year 7 都要寫好多野喇，我估對 year 12 的要求，又有唔同層次。

If fail in written test, no interview is offered.

year 4 & 5 都係筆試面試同一日一齊做，面試係三四個孩子一組的 group interview。
year 7 就有 d 唔同，係先去筆試，約一星期多後再去面試，咁可能筆試唔掂，就冇得去面試；面試係單對單，30 min，再請家長入去再傾 15 min。

nintendo的意見好實在. 其實今年比我想像中難. 我一直以為個女英文好好, 當佢INTERVIEW完(做埋筆試)出來, 佢話都幾難, 有QUESTION SKIP左冇ANSWER. 我好驚訝, 因為英文閱讀同埋閱讀理解一向佢都幾強項. 但似乎INTERVIEW的小朋友都好叻, 相對,我對個女即刻冇咩信心. 所以之前都幾擔心考唔到.     

不過不用見父母呢個安排幾好. 起碼唔使驚自己表現唔好會影響小朋友的RESULT.  而家由小朋友自己公平競爭更好.

我有朋友由美國返港半年,讀咁KOWLOON 的IS,  佢參觀過RC後, 即刻幫佢對仔女報名. 因為比較遲報名,個仔想入YEAR 10,但冇位. 佢話佢打算考跳班或降一年.  我覺得RC是頗及受我地呢類家庭歡迎.

RC今年的收生的確要求高了, 我的大仔舊年考year 7時只是傾計, 閱讀及理解文章, 不用written test, 佢英文一向麻麻, 但好彩第一年收生比較寬鬆.  今年我細仔考year 4 要written test, 佢一向讀開IS,我本來都不擔心, 誰知考完出來佢喊話難同唔夠時間做, 我就好擔心, 幸好都收到通知話收佢.
