Haha, this piece of stale "news" about massive fee increase due to the loss of ESF's subvention has been 翻叮 (I just love this expression) so many times, I wouldn't be surprised to see it keep popping up every now and then for another 10 years, until every last child who benefits from the subvention has finished studying and left ESF :D |
