Why you have such a question?  I believe we should teach our kids to care more others who are unfortunate, not to look down on anyone.  They only cannot play with those who are sick.

e.g.有d人高d，有d人細粒d；有人隻手會有痣，有人無；有人d頭髮係黑色，有人係金色；.....
重要呀女切身代入人地個角色
諗下如過佢自己有胎痣/兔唇/燒傷等佢會有乜野感受
唔係要呀女同情其他小朋友
而係要佢唔好label其他人
對每個人都要一視同仁咁好嘛

Of course not, having 胎痣/兔唇/燒傷等的面貌 is not a really big problem, the only problem to me is having a "black heart"

Don't be worry so much and silly ...Have you checked with your family doctor if the 胎痣 can be removed or become lighter in color?   I have a friend who has read 胎痣 for almost 20 years and several years ago, I found its color change lighter alot.

Actually the question is a bit confusing - leading people to think that you're discriminating children who have challenges in that aspect.    But I think you should consult doctor's opinion as early as possible (maybe reputed doctors) and have regular checkups before the birthmark turns darker.  And I agree with the view that birthmark will get lighter when the kids grow up, so no need to worry that much.
