Fanling should not have based on my understanding, nearest will be in Tai Po, HLYIS and NIS

HLYIS (around 5k for half day, 7k for whole day)
NIS (around 4k for half day)

traffic is around 1k per month

I found one at Fanling named "Good Time" and "Caltaline"(forgot the correct spelling) at Avon Park, but not sure if it is good and how much.

It depends on what you want. Most kindergartens have international stream, but they are not really 'international', don't even have NET (Native English Teacher). Some have but they can only have max half to 1 hour a day playing with NET.

I would suggest you to call them to make the visit and observe their school life and compare which one can meet your target. Visiting schools are free but it takes you few hours of your time, so it is worth to explore.

But the "Good Time" seems real internation school with NET, isn't it?
