Heard from friends that there are quite some unsuccessful cases this year for Year 1 and 7.

I do not think it is realistic to sit there and simply wish that you would hear from a tradition ESF school tomorrow.

If you are offered a chance by RC, just go for it.

It appears to me that RC is tightening up their requirements. They are not trying to fill up places as soon as possible without screening students. For example, the Year 7 admission precudure is probably quite challenging for many children. It is obvious that the school using very different criteriors when picking students this year. So do not worry too much about standards of students. The school cannot be worse than other ESF schools.

BTW, I saw a bunch of small children entering the school premises at around 4pm today. I guess they were to attend the Year 1 interview.

Thank you for your information.  Some days ago I mentioned that a friend of mine got no reply from RC after the interview.  He called RC and found that RC has missed his son when sending the offer letters.  His son got accepted and an offer letter was faxed to his home to confirm.  My friend has to pay the deposit if he accepts the offer.

If I got rejected by other ESF school and then apply to RC, do I need to declare this? Thanks.

Besides, I heard that the school fee will be increased to $67,000.

It is relaltively less expensive to study IB at RC.  I'm afriad that RC would keep the tuition fee affordable now but increase it tremendously in the coming year.  The rate of increase has been rather high in the past years.

You may ring them up and check.  The office adm. said my son's interview will be arranged on 2 March.

Dear Moms

I have also applied for my daughter.  I just submitted enrollment form last week.  Do you know how will the interview be carried on?  Do I need to bring the portfolio of my girl?  Will the parents be interviewed too?  

Since it is already the 2nd round interview, do you know how may vacancies still available?

Congratulations!  Wow, your daughter has so many classmates joining RC together, she must be very happy!  Are they all from Think MOS?

I didn't applied for RC.  The RC Principle came to Think (MOS) and conducted an on-site interview with kid individual. No one knew what he asked during interview.  Only oral interview.
