想問吓您小朋友初初返英國時, 您同佢一齊返去定係交比airline. 小朋友可否自已應付出境入境的手續? Thanks.

However, there has been a proposal to reduce the OEA for new claimants to the cash level as of 30-6-97. I am not sure whether it has been approved or not.

There is another allowance SPA for passage cost. Parents may use the SPA at their child account to visit their child . But just as charlielok said, the cost is not enough to cover the the whole year flight tickets cost unless your child seldom return to HK.
